These work as directed. My Dr. recommended them and they work amazing. Yes, there is residue but they clean your inside like they are meant to. I just wear a panty liner when I use them. I wouldn’t recommend doing steam too much just like once a month was good for me and it works amazing and have you smelling so fresh! I used an old pot I had at home and covered myself with a towel and a large blanket and it help keep the steam in very well!
